Purpose:
Computer Science Expanded (CSX) teaches students about computer science principles through project-oriented learning. Our two projects of building a motion-detection device with text notification and a task management web application teach students general software engineering principles while they work alongside industry professionals.
BLINK
Coordinator:
Pranav Shinde
Purpose:
Business Leaders in Newark's Kids (BLINK) aims to teach students about entrepreneurship, investments, and personal finance. Our two main projects, a business plan and an investment portfolio, help students learn the aforementioned principles through building real projects alongside working professionals from each respective field.
